Meet Tristan Camejo.

Tristan Camejo left school in Year 11 to go all in on building things. Before he could legally get into a club, he'd already run a software startup and a marketing agency, and at 16 he started Vex with his friends. Three years on, Vex Collective has hosted 50+ events for more than 10,000 people across under-18s events, 18+ club nights, a DJ agency and private hire. Vex U18s is Sydney's biggest under-18s brand, and the only one to take an under-18s event from Sydney to Melbourne. From sold-out boat parties on Sydney Harbour to bringing Justice Crew to headline VEXFEST, Tristan has built a brand a generation of young partygoers grew up on. On the 18+ side, he launched a weekly Friday club night in Sydney that pulled 580+ people on opening night, then spent time in Melbourne holding down a residency at Sally Saturdays before coming home. Behind the decks, he's as versatile as they come. He can play techno for the heads or run a commercial party set packed with bangers and hits, reading the room and giving it exactly what it needs. What sets Tristan apart is that he does it all himself. He's a genuine multi-creative across music, video, design, software and business: he designs the artwork, shoots and edits the content, builds the websites, runs the ads, books the lineups and produces the shows. He also writes and produces his own music. Sydney is home, and Sydney is the focus. Tristan isn't just playing the city's dance floors. He's building them.
